Stage 1 — Pre-Replacement Verification (What to Send Us)
Complete this checklist before we issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Include: Order #, seed product name(s), date planted, approximate quantity used, and ZIP code of the planting location.

We review submissions within 3–5 business days. If issues appear outside our control (timing, prep, watering, weather, wildlife, etc.), we’ll send tailored recommendations and may deny the claim. If it qualifies, we’ll proceed with a one-time replacement or credit.
Heads-up: Claims without all four photos and basic planting info are considered incomplete.
Stage 2 — Post-Replacement Planting & Documentation
Once a replacement is issued, follow all steps below to keep your guarantee active.

Provide documentation if requested. Failure to follow these steps may void further coverage.
Important: This is a one-time replacement per original order. Wildlife damage, severe weather, improper timing, storage, or technique aren’t covered causes.
Commercial Orders
- We guarantee seed purity, viability, and quality as tested by independent labs.
- All claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Seed testing documentation is available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that ship immediately cannot be canceled once placed. Pre-orders may be canceled up to one week before your scheduled shipping window. Cancellation requests made after that cutoff may not be honored.

How do I “Open a Ticket” for a guarantee claim?
Use our contact form and select “Guarantee Claim.” Include your order number, product, date planted, ZIP code, and the four required photos.
When should I expect a determination?
We review complete submissions within 3–5 business days and reply with guidance, denial (with reasons), or approval for a one-time replacement/credit.
What if I planted at the right time but weather turned extreme?
Severe or unusual weather falls outside our control and is excluded. We’ll still provide best-practice advice for re-establishing your area.
Can I get a second replacement?
The guarantee provides a one-time replacement per original order. After that, coverage ends.
