Order Processing Times
Orders begin processing as soon as they’re placed. Most orders are prepared within 3-5 business days. During peak seasonal demand, processing times may extend slightly as we work through higher order volume.
When You’ll Receive Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order enters our fulfillment system. This often happens early in the process as we begin preparing your shipment.
Why Tracking May Not Update Immediately
Tracking updates begin after your order has been packed and picked up by the carrier. It’s normal to see “label created” before movement appears.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping time is separate from processing time and begins once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Delivery speed depends on your location and selected shipping method.

We ship via trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure reliable delivery.
Order Notifications
You’ll receive updates throughout the process via email or text message, depending on how you opted in at checkout. These may include order confirmation, shipment progress, and delivery notifications.
Not Receiving Updates?
If you don’t see an order confirmation, check your spam folder. If you opted for text notifications, messages may be filtered or blocked by your mobile carrier. If you’re unsure, contact us, and we’ll confirm your order.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
