Earthwise Seed Return & Refund Policy

At Earthwise Seed, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our fresh, perishable seed products, we have a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

Returns & Refunds:

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in unused condition.

  • Partially used or opened seed packages cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To start a return, please email our team at hello@earthwiseseed.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
