Return Policy

Customer Return Policy  

At Earthwise Seed, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our fresh, perishable seed products, we have a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and customer safety. 

To start a return, please email our team at hello@earthwiseseed.com with your order number and reason for return. 

General Return Guidelines 

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • Returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging, and in unused condition. 
  • Partially used or opened seed packages cannot be returned under any circumstances. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Upon initial contact, we will assess the reason for returning.  

If the reason for return is due to ineffective seed growth, the Earthwise Customer Service Rep will request the following:  

  • Requesting pictures of no growth 
  • Inquiring if planting instructions followed; a QR code is included with all shipments of planting instructions.  

Please note that we are not responsible for lack of growth due to seeds being washed away by over watering, natural weather conditions, or animals such as birds and other critters eating the seeds. 

After reviewing, if it is determined that the seed has been ineffective, we suggest replacing it. Earthwise will replace the order at no charge to the customer. If the customer does not comply with a request from Earthwise Customer Service rep during the review process, no replacement or refund will be granted.  

If the reason for return does not have to do with ineffective product and falls within the General Return Guidelines, a return will be granted. The customer will receive refund after following steps:  

  • Earthwise seed to send customer link to return incorrect item 
  • Customer ships products back to Earthwise 
  • Upon receival of product, Earthwise Seed will inspect package for unused product 
  • Credit will be provided after package is inspected
