Subscription FAQs

Why would I need a seed subscription?

You don't have to tackle your entire lawn at once. Many of our customers seed gradually; starting with problem areas, filling in thin spots, or improving their lawn section by section. A subscription makes it easy to have the seed you need when you're ready to plant, while saving on every delivery.

It's also a convenient way to keep up with seasonal planting, overseeding, and touch-ups without having to remember to reorder.

How do subscriptions work?

When you choose Subscribe & Save, your order will automatically renew based on the delivery schedule you selected.

Before each shipment, we'll send a reminder email so you can:

  • Skip a delivery
  • Change your products
  • Adjust your delivery schedule
  • Cancel your subscription

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

What if my order has already shipped?

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the product, simply return the unopened order to Earthwise Seed Co. after delivery for a refund according to our return policy.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account—no support ticket required.
